The weight room will be run by West Michigan Muscle and Coach Tyler. The hours will
be 10-1 and 5-7 P.M. Monday thru Thursday, and 10-1 on Friday.
You can earn 1 point a day and you start to earn some very cool Nike gear when you
complete your 12th workout. You can’t compete with the best if you don’t lift and condition yourselves this summer.Will you be the one who gets passed by your teammate or opponent this summer or will you be the one doing the passing?
The Weight Room will be closed June 11-15 for equipment maintenance and to be
ready for the summer challenge to begin on Monday, June 18.

Congratulations to Junior Parker Stoken for receiving his CompTIA (pronounced COMP-tee-uh) A+ certification.  The A+ certification is a globally trusted credential to validate a persons knowledge in IT operational roles and technical support.  This makes the A+ an important stepping stone in any IT career. If you are interested in taking the Computer Tech or Intro to I.T. courses and getting a jump start on your IT career, just talk to your counselor.

Hey you! Yeah, you – the one with the face! Come audition to be on the Loy Norrix Improv Team today, Wednesday, May 30th 2:30-5pm in J11. No experience required. Just bring a positive attitude and have fun! Am I right, ladies? Yeah! See Mrs. Carrow with any questions.
